President and Chief Executive Officer
Tony Liccione
Tony serves as the President and CEO of Serving Spirit Home Care. Tony focuses enhancing the company's reputation for exceptional care and managing day-to-day operations. Tony has dedicated his life to ensuring the lives of Serving Spirit’s clients and caregivers are positively impacted on a daily basis. Prior to this, he was the Chief Operating Officer and Partner of Doc-tor.com Holdings, focusing on electronic healthcare systems and revenue cycle management. Tony also held senior management positions at Bristol Myers Squibb, where he directed global teams in regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and technology implementation. He has played key roles in mergers, acquisitions, and corporate quality initiatives.
Director of Client Care Management
Mai Whitsett
Mai serves as the Director of Client Care Management at Serving Spirit Home Care. Mai works closely with clients and caregivers to ensure each individual receives compassionate, well-matched care. She loves building relationships with clients and helping them remain safely and comfortably in their homes for as long as possible. Mai brings over a decade of experience from her time at Home Instead, along with a background in trauma radiology that helps her better understand clients’ medical conditions and care needs. Her previous experience as a caregiver also gives her valuable insight into both the client and caregiver perspective, allowing her to create thoughtful care matches. Outside of work, Mai enjoys relaxing with jigsaw puzzles.
Neena serves as a Care Manager at Serving Spirit Home Care, where she supports clients and families in navigating complex care needs and ensuring they receive compassionate, high-quality support at home. With nearly 30 years of experience as a nurse and dementia trainer, she brings extensive clinical knowledge and hands-on leadership to her role. Prior to joining Serving Spirit, Neena spent seven years at Nurse Partners, further strengthening her expertise in senior care and care coordination. She is passionate about advocating for seniors so they can remain safe, comfortable, and happy in their own homes. Outside of work, Neena enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time with her grown children when they visit home.

Vice President of Business Development
Maura serves as the Vice President of Business Development at Serving Spirit Home Care, where she builds relationships with healthcare professionals, community partners, and families to expand access to high-quality in-home care. With more than 12 years of experience in the senior care industry and over 25 years in the pharmaceutical sector, she brings a unique blend of strategic business expertise and heartfelt compassion to her role. Prior to joining Serving Spirit, Maura worked with Comfort Keepers, where she further strengthened her commitment to helping seniors age safely and comfortably in their own homes. She believes senior care is not simply a service, but a responsibility and a privilege. Outside of work, Maura enjoys playing tennis and spending time with family and friends.
Business Development Executive
Kim Cataldo
Kim serves as a Business Development Executive at Serving Spirit Home Care, where she focuses on building strong relationships with referral partners and connecting families with the care they need. She loves her role because it allows her to meet new people and develop lasting, trusted relationships that help vulnerable individuals remain safe and healthy at home. Before joining Serving Spirit, Kim spent many years working with a durable medical equipment company, where she assisted sleep apnea patients with their equipment and support needs. That experience created a strong foundation for her transition into business development, where she continues to grow, learn, and do work she truly enjoys. Outside of work, Kim is an equestrian and enjoys spending time riding.
Theresa Restaino
Manager of Staffing & Client Operations
Theresa serves as Manager of Staffing and Client Operations while also serving as a Care Manager for a select group of clients. In her role, she oversees caregiver scheduling and pay rates, supports many of the agency’s day-to-day operational needs, and helps keep the office culture lively—often acting as the team’s “office mascot” by organizing fun activities and celebrations for staff and caregivers throughout the year. She is passionate about creating a supportive and well-organized environment that allows the team to deliver exceptional care while enjoying the work they do. Theresa deeply admires caregivers’ compassion for the elderly and believes that for many caregivers, the work is truly a calling rather than simply a job. Theresa’s background includes extensive experience working in hospital settings and other care-focused roles centered on serving and supporting others. Outside of work, Theresa enjoys exploring new coffee shops and trying each café’s signature latte. She also loves taking daily walks with her dog Rookie.
Gina Campbell serves as the Scheduling Coordinator, where she assists with strategic planning, coordinates caregiver schedules, and helps ensure strong communication between clients and caregivers. She focuses on responsive problem-solving to maintain high levels of satisfaction and continuity of care. Gina enjoys the fast-paced nature of her role, especially the opportunity to interact with caregivers and clients, welcome newly onboarded team members, and thoughtfully respond to unexpected situations with compassion and efficiency. Her background in theatre, education, and the service industry has equipped her with the ability to improvise, stay calm under pressure, and approach challenges with empathy, patience, and a sense of humor.Gina once played the Cheshire Cat at a catering event—wearing a costume that weighed 85 pounds and felt like it was 300 degrees.

Leah Cave
Leah serves as the Manager of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, where she leads the agency’s efforts to recruit, hire, and support the caregivers who make the organization’s mission possible. She oversees the full employee lifecycle—from sourcing and onboarding to engagement and retention—helping build a team that reflects Serving Spirit’s commitment to compassion, professionalism, and excellence in care. Leah is passionate about her work because people are at the center of everything the organization accomplishes. Her background includes extensive experience in workforce development, recruitment strategy, employee onboarding, and building structured HR processes within the home care industry. Outside of work, Leah is deeply involved in her community. She was honored as Hatfield Township’s Woman of the Year for her volunteer work with North Penn Little League, North Penn Squires Football and Cheer Organization, and Oak Park Elementary School, supporting youth programs and local families.
Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Specialist
Terell Wilborn
Terell serves as the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Specialist, where he focuses on recruiting, hiring, and building strong caregiver teams that support the agency’s mission of delivering compassionate care. He is passionate about connecting candidates with opportunities that positively impact their financial stability and the well-being of their families. Terell brings more than 13 years of recruiting experience across healthcare and telecommunications. Prior to joining Serving Spirit, he spent four years at BAYADA Home Health Care, where he further developed his expertise in healthcare recruiting and workforce development. He is skilled in sourcing top talent, strengthening hiring pipelines, and creating efficient recruiting processes while ensuring every candidate has a supportive and positive experience. Outside of work, Terell practices martial arts.
JP Pantin serves as a board member and is the former President of Serving Spirit Home Care, where he led the organization’s growth and development while building a team dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to clients and families. During his time leading the agency, JP focused on strengthening operations and further developing a culture centered around respect, professionalism, and meaningful relationships with both caregivers and clients. JP brings a background in finance and strategy, having previously worked in roles focused on business operations, growth initiatives, and strategic planning. Outside of work, JP enjoys exercising daily and cooking healthy meals.
