Minimum 5 Years of Experience Requirement: We require a minimum of five years of caregiving experience from our caregivers, often in home or community-based settings. On average, our active caregivers bring over 15 years of experience to their roles, showcasing a deep understanding and a wealth of knowledge in personal care.

Thorough Selection Process: Our caregivers undergo a rigorous selection process, which includes detailed interviews, comprehensive skills assessments, and both state and national background checks. This ensures that we bring on board only those who meet our high standards. Every caregiver is fully bonded and insured, providing peace of mind to the families we serve.

Specialized Training: Many of our caregivers possess significant experience in managing Alzheimer’s and dementia care, with several staff members—and even some within our office team—being Certified Dementia Practitioners. This specialized knowledge ensures that we provide expert care tailored to the unique needs of clients with these conditions.

Compassion at the Core: Above all, we believe that a caregiver's character is just as important as their technical skills. Every member of our team must exemplify honesty, warmth, and genuine caring. This commitment to heartfelt service defines the spirit of our work and reflects our mission to not just meet, but exceed, the needs and expectations of those we serve.
